Do you have ideas? Sure you do! But what do you do about them? Keep them to yourself? Have you thought them through? Is the world ready for them? Do you infect everybody with your enthusiasm for the new? How can these ideas help you develop your career?This training helps you develop your ideas well and show them to those who might want to help.

What do ideas need?

A fertile ground to grow! This training prepares that ground by helping you develop your ideas, think critically, and pack them into words, stories, and attractive materials. At the same time, you will learn a method for ideas generation and presentation that will stay with you forever!

Here's what we'll do!

  • Warm up: Needs Survey, Intro Videos

  • Ideation: How to know an idea is an idea? How to foolproof it? How to connect it to your business reality?

  • Presentation: How to pack it all into words, stories, data, and examples? How to speak, write, and show so that people want to help?

  • Engagement: What do to do recruit support and keep the idea alive?

  • Follow up: summary, reports, additional materials, satisfaction survey.

How does it work, then?

First, I ask you some questions. Then, you do some thinking with the materials I send you. Later still comes the big day: we meet in person (yes, that's essential) for a full day of practical work. 9:00 to 15:30 is when the magic happens: ideas are born and taken care of. After the training, there is follow up. The best follow up, though, is your success.There are some extras, too:
